No. Sex logs stay on your device and are never written to Apple Health. If you connect Health for period tracking, Lua only ever exchanges menstrual flow.
Only someone with your unlocked phone, and even then you can turn on a Face ID lock so Lua asks before it opens. There is no Lua server, no account, and no sharing. These logs never leave your device.
